Shipping Information
When will my order ship?
We understand the anticipation of receiving your favorite creators’ custom products! Shipping times may vary depending on the product type. You can check the “Estimated Shipping Date” section on each product page for updates on when your items will be shipped.
For limited-time crowdfunded products like plushies and more, production begins immediately after a successful campaign. Typically, we start shipping these items 1 to 2 months after the campaign ends.
Please note: Estimated delivery times for most countries range from 7 to 15 business days after shipping. However, delivery to some areas may take 10 to 30 business days.
While we strive to bring your plushies to life just as your favorite creator imagined, there may be rare instances where your new friend doesn’t arrive as expected due to shipping mishaps. If your plushie or any other product arrives damaged, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
How do I track my order?
Plush are produced and then shipped 1-2 months after the campaign ends.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Craftifyx containing all relevant order information and a tracking number.
You can track the progress of your shipment by entering the tracking number on the “Track My Order” page or by using your order number with your account information.
Please note: Our support team has access to the same shipping information and details provided by the tracking number. If you have any questions about the status of your package en route to its final destination, please contact the carrier responsible for handling the package.
Where do you ship and how much does shipping cost?
We calculate shipping costs based on the distance of the shipment, and these costs vary by country. To confirm the shipping cost and see if we deliver to your location, please add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout.
During checkout, you can enter your address to verify if we ship to your area. To view the complete list of countries we deliver to, please click the next tab to view the details.
Shipping Locations (Countries With Average Shipping Time 7-15 Workdays)
Since the list of countries/regions we deliver to is frequently updated, we suggest adding an item to your cart, proceeding to the “Checkout” page, and entering your address there. Rest assured, this process won’t commit you to making a purchase. This is the easiest way to check the most accurate and current shipping options for your location.
Please note, however, that we cannot ship to the countries/regions listed below. If your country is not included in the checkout options and is not listed among the restricted destinations, feel free to email us at support@craftifyx.com to inquire whether shipping can be arranged. Thank you for your understanding!
Are there additional costs upon delivery (customs, duties, taxes)?
Please note that we are not responsible for any additional charges, such as extra taxes, customs or duty fees, or other charges imposed by regulatory authorities or mailing services. For specific information, please contact your local mailing service provider.
Additionally, all sales are final and non-refundable.

How Do Campaigns Work?
Campaigns are live for 21 days, and fans can purchase items on a pre-order basis during that time. If the pre-order minimum threshold is reached then the product goes into production based upon the amount ordered. If the minimum threshold is not reached then all orders are refunded to fans.
What's The Design Process?
Our team will help design the finished prototype for the campaign. We also handle all inventory storage, order fulfillment, delivery, and customer service.
Concept: Elevate digital creativity to tangible realities by merging it with industrial technology, transcending the boundaries between digital and physical realms. Unleash creators’ boundless potential and seamlessly integrate digital art into real-life experiences. If you already have a design concept for a collectible or other product designs (and you know you probably do!) you can also share them with our team for review. We’ll go through several rounds of revisions until the brand owner approves.
Sample: Next, we’ll develop physical samples for review and approval.
Launch: Once the samples are approved, we’ll share it with you and prepare for the next stage… the campaign launch!
Where Are Products Made?
Our product design is handled in China, where we partner with a variety of trusted production firms. We collaborate with partners in both Mainland China and Hong Kong SAR to ensure top-quality results.
What Materials Are Products Made Of?
Plushies are typically made from soft fabrics and filled with hypoallergenic PP cotton materials.

Craftifyx Plushies are all lovingly handmade, ensuring that each one is unique and may vary slightly from the images you see online. For larger Plushies, they might be vacuum-sealed within the mailer bag for added protection during transit.

Can I refund or returns the products?
All sales are final and non-refundable.
If your item is damaged during the manufacturing process or while being shipped to you, please send an email to support@craftifyx.com to contact our support team. Please include your order number (starting with “Order #”) along with a detailed description and photos of the damages.
If a campaign does not reach the minimum funding goal by the time the campaign is over, CraftifyX refunds the full order amount to the payment method used after the campaign has ended.
