All sales are final and non-refundable.

If your item is damaged during the manufacturing process or while being shipped to you, please send an email to support@craftifyx.com to contact our support team. Please include your order number (starting with “Order #”) along with a detailed description and photos of the damages.

If a campaign does not reach the minimum funding goal by the time the campaign is over, CraftifyX refunds the full order amount to the payment method used after the campaign has ended.
